2 raucous weddings!

Last weekend we played at two fantastically fun weddings at two equally brilliant ceilidh venues.

First off was Amy & Dan's wedding at Kirknewton House Stables near Livingstone. It was a beautiful day, so Amy & Dan were able to utilise Kirknewton's lovely outdoor space with lots of games and fun outside. When it came to the ceilidh, the energy certainly hadn't been sapped by the sun - the crowd danced all night and the floor was literally packed for the entirety of the set! During the break, the guests were treated to an incredible firework display, and had sparklers too!

Overall, a brilliant wedding all-round - congratulations Amy & Dan!

Last weekend we also played at Cailean & Sarah's wedding at the glamorous Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel . Just set off Princes St., this venue is one of the best central Edinburgh wedding spaces.

Cailean & Sarah opted for ceilidh all-night, which was great as their guests were completely up for a great dance for the whole set.

Right from the first dance, we could tell that the energy with this brilliant crowd was so high, so we had an amazing time performing for them. They barely needed any of the dances called, they were such ceilidh pros!

All-in-all, a cracking weekend had by all!

This weekend, we've got a massive 4 weddings to play at all over the country, starting tomorrow! Look out Kincaid House Hotel, Oxenfoord Castle, Cambo House and Ardross Castle - we're comin' for you!
